A1A - Independent Recording Artist's and The Official and Original Jimmy Buffett Tribute Show - Since 1992

Greetings fellow Parrot Heads,
I have had an enormous amount of inquiries about A1A at MOTM this
year, so here is the scoop. A1A was scheduled to play at The Bull on
Tuesday and Wednesday Nov. 1 and 2. for The Atlanta Parrot Head Club.
I was also scheduled to perform with Hugo Duarte and Greg Fingers
Taylor at The Hogs Breath for the rest of the week. After last years
success at The Bull we were all very excited to be coming back down
to Key West again. But you never know what life is going to throw
your way to turn the tides against you.

Due to a sudden and extreme death in my family very recently I am
going to be unable to attend MOTM this year. In fact, at this point
many and most of my out of town shows from now until May 2006 are
very questionable. Thus A1A will not be performing at MOTM 2005.
However, we hope that next year we will be back at MOTM where we
belong. Maybe even officially, who knows?

please let me say how sorry I am for the loss of your loved one. .

this is to be our first MOTM, and we were looking forward to hearing your band for the first time . .

that said. . we will just have to follow your website and keep up with the latest news as to when/where you will be playing next year. .

Hey everyone,
I am sorry I have not posted here in several days and replied to all of the wonderful comments from everyone. If I ever thought my life was hectic, frantic and impossibly chaotic before, well, I didn't even have a clue.
Just to fill everyone in, my ex, Joyce, who is my 10 year old daughters mother, died in her sleep on August 25. She was 41. Ever since then life has been....well...just not life. However, I am forever blessed with many, many friends, such as yourselves, whose prayers are helping us get through this most difficult phase in our lives.
I hope everyone has fun in Key West and that you can raise a toast for us just once. Thanks again to everyone...
