We got: Section 122, Row N, Seats 10 - 12.

We were about 6 rows from the top last time. We still had a good time cause it's always a cultural experience, but it just wasn't quite the same.

I was just screwing around on TicketBastard today and pulled up 2 Floor very front section 9th row for the portland show. Too good to be true, I grabbed em up, even though I will be in Vegas that day, I have some good friends that will more than likely end up with em.

Makes one wonder????

I just asked Ticketmaster for the best seats for 8 tickets.... and they gave me row 19.... floor!!

Anyway, I would guess that this concert is no where near "sold out" and with only 9 days left you would think that you would have your tickets already. Can you imagine.... eight tickets together.... wow.

About 4-6 years ago, I stood in line outside a ticketmaster to buy tickets.... the chick at the counter couldn't get her connection due to a rush of internet surge. So, ten minutes after the opening, I got my tickets.... second to the very LAST row. I was heart broken... still had a good time, but I am a floor kinda girl. They claimed that Buffett was "sold out" at 10 minutes.

How things have changed.

Aren't as many people attending concerts like in days, of yore???? OR was that just ticketmaster screwing with me? Only the salt gods will ever know.

I know we've all expressed our love for TicketBa5tard at one time or another, but it really gripes my A55 that I bought tickets on the pre-sale and now, better tickets are available for the same price.

I'd love to see someone or a group sue TB for the monopoly they have. At least with Microsoft, you can always choose to use Open Source or Apple. But with concerts, you're SOL.

That being said, I will continue to do everything I can to be at a Buffett show. TB won't stop that! I will simply continue to gripe about TB's business practices.

I've got Section 113, row D, seats 1-2, and two seats on the floor, row 15... i can sympathize w/ the 'penthouse' seats, CadiRita... I was three rows from the top last time... had lots of fun, but.... it'll be nice to be closer this time. Hopefully the sound'll be better (though it is the rose garden, so i'm not holding out too much hope).

In addition to the section 122 seats we already have, I just won 2 tickets yesterday from a local radio show. Listen to about 3 seconds of a Buffett song and be the 11th caller. Too easy.

Course, they wouldn't tell me where the seats are located. I'll pick them up today or tomorrow from the station. I'm going to drop off a few Fins Up bracelets for the DJ's from whom I won the tickets.

Yep, I like the Mark & Dave show. Dey's funny.

A couple weeks ago, Paul L. on the morning show, read an email I'd sent him because he's never been to a Buffett show and was curious what the draw was. So he read on the air, that my (at the time) 9 year old son was hurt that we didn't buy him a coconut bra to wear, so my husband loaned him his. Which prompted a discussion amongst the DJ's about the culture & fashion of ParrotHeads.

I am stoked, never been so close!

Won't have to stand up the entire concert either like those on the floor behind row 10.

Not that I won't be standing anyway, but at least I don't have to!

ENJOY THE SHOW EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!

Hey Oregon... or Portland Goers...

I tried to get a Buffettnews nametag... to no avail.... he hasn't opened his mail... regardless, what do they look like this year and I will make a home made one....

Please HELP me on this, pleazzzzzzzzzzzzz~~

I still am rooming alone. sad, but true.

Plus my microbus could have a drunk or two or three sleeping in it.

Sorry about repetition, but I am going to post this to the other Portland thread... so that I can make my name tag.

Last year a janitor thought mine was a backstage pass and started to head me in that direction.... OMG..... but, alas, I was stopped by someone smarter.

I'm also in the same boat (but have many boat drinks) as far as a Buffetnews name tag.

Beers up!
