Watch tv for 20 minutes to an hour. Turn off TV. Roll on my side. Sleep.

I prefer left.

Two-One on top of the other. If I don't I get head colds really easy.

Turn off TV. Get pj's on brush teeth, floss, wash face, set the alarm, pas out.

Winter - everything and anything- flanellete pj's and socks at least.
Autumn/spring - boxers and tshirt
Summer - as little as possible

right at the moment - I always sleep nearest the door.

3. How many pillows do you use?
2 big fat ones. I have expensive, good pillows, otherwise it would be 4 normal pillows.

Most definitely~!!!!

Stumble in to bedroom, get changed, flop in bed, turn TV on, take glasses off, try and see tv with no glasses on, and fall asleep.

Either cotton drawstring pants and a t top...or silk...

Now..the right..Used to be the left .....(and way back, a long time ago..I slept on the opposite side of the window..after reading Salem's Lot..so the Vampires would get whoever was on that side first...)

One..a small water pillow....But have 6 on the bed....

Summer..no....Winter...Yes....

Ck BN one more time....brush teeth...pee..wash hands...read...wake up and turn the light off around 3 or 4....

Thin sheet in the summer......quilt in the winter.......no on the bed hog!!

No routine.......tv is set to go off at a certain time during the night.....comes on in the morning.....i can't fall asleep to dead silence......dream of all the beautiful BN women!!
