I remember reading that book Running Man (I think) and seeing the movie where they tortured the guy with a dentist. It was horrible. I need to find a dentist who will use nitrous even for cleaning and not make me feel like a big baby about it. I had a root canal with nitrous and it was so nothing.
Jimmollie mom, I can relate about the keets. My kids have given me fears I never thought about. And it's even worst since I really want them to have alot of freedom. My dd loves going into cities and new and unusual places. So I worry about the idiots she might meet. Now my sons are a whole nother story. They were building ramps for skateboards, bikes and roller blades when they could first walk. One son got stitches trying to bungie jump off the top bunk when he was 4 years old. They both surf, alot. This weekend they are going with a group to Montauk NY for a surf trip. That hurricane will make sure they have good waves. Mom won't sleep at all. They travel for surf and are planning trips to Costa Rica and elsewhere in the world.
The son who is away at college apparently has one of the most downloaded photos on a stupid college stunt site. He swore everybody to secrecy that mom couldn't see this pic but somebody slipped up. God help moms of boys.

I hate heights. Well, it's not the heights that I'm afraid of as much as that sudden stop at the end when you fall from them. Yet I don't have a problem flying, biggest thing I hate about that is being herded like cattle around the airport...go figure.
