I've been trying to help my little sis get white sox tix. Ticket master has had tons of problems. Finally got them and they did something wrong and the sale got dropped. Any tips.

I HATE TICKETMASTER. It's the biggest scam in the country.

Now that I've said that.... I wonder if you can call the White Sox Box Office directly and get the tickets. Were you going online or over the phone? Try the other if the one didn't work. Otherwise, you may be left with the broker sites and Stubhub.

been trying phone and online. The great thing is they're already on ebay for $1000. apiece.

Stubhub won't let the tickets sell any higher than marked price. That's how they get around all the scalping laws.

first the coded word wouldn't show up, and that was exactly at noon. Then they said I wasn't allowed to buy any tix, then they said there was an error, several error messages, now they're all sold out.

I have 2 screens that I have verified words on and i'm in line for tickets. I'm going to let them sit there for a while and just see what happens.

Similar things happened to me when I was getting tickets from New Era for the CBP shows this summer. Even though it's not a ticketmaster operation, maybe it's a common problem. The crap-o thing is, that they won't care because they'll still sell out and they don't care who DIDN'T get the tickets. Just send your sis some money and tell her to head out to the parking lot on game day. I did that when the Phils went in '93.... Damn Blue Jays.
