Do bodies of water count? "Flyin' high over Long Island sound..."
Distantly in Love...and a few others.

whoever posted this song forgot...
Beside the southern ocean , taking stock of what's to see....
(hmm, prolly St. Barths? but not named by name so let's skip...)
Tried to phone from PARIS, thinking things could be arranged...
I heard it from a friend of ours i saw in TIMBER BAY...
and some other songs..
Travis McGee's still in CEDAR KEY, that's what old John MacDonald said..
on the day that John Wayne died, I found myself on the Continental Divide
tell me where do i go from here, guess I'll drive into LEADVILLE and have a few beers...
of course, CREOLA. its' a spicy kind of life.
and in MISS YOU SO BADLY,
i guess it all blew up in MIZZOULA, there really was no other way...
all of THE WINO AND I KNOW chronicles street life in new orleans.
down around BILOXI, pretty girls are dancing in the sea.
and the storms will blow from off towards, NEW ORELANS.
there's nothing like this way out in WEST TEXAS,
GALVESTON BAY is a whole 'nother world.
my wife's in her room gettin' over her sunburn,
how would Louis L'amour get me next to that girl?
yeah, they're freezing up in BUFFALO, stuck in their cars,
and I'm lying here, 'neath the sun and the stars...
he's holed up down on RAMROD KEY in the TAVENIER HOTEL,
livin' out his loneliness like an oyster in a shell...
meet me in MEMPHIS, my wild days are through
still nothing replaces me next to you..
If you ever get the chance to go to DALLAS, take it from me
pass it by
...houston...houston...houston
I'm about a mile high in DENVER
where the rock meets timberline...\
There's a cowboy in the jungle, and he looks so out of place...
...heading south to PARAGUAY where the gauchos scream and shout,
now he's stuck in PORTO BELLO, since his money's all run out...
(spoken) this here's a tale about a hotel i used to own a piece of
well, it wasn't really a hotel
it was a patio bar with some funky rooms and an outdoor disco with bad wiring..
back in the old ST. BART's.
somewhere down MONTSERRAT way.
Lindbergh left LONG ISLAND in 1947,
thumbed his nose at gravity, and climbed into the heavens...
...Elvis was the only man from northeast MISSISSIPPI
who could shake his hips and still be loved by rednecks, cops, and hippies
she says, I can't go back to AMERICA soon,
it's so goddamned cold, it's gonna snow until june,
yeah they're freezing up in BUFFALO, stuck in their cars
with my weekend in HAITI behind me,
i was ready just to do it again,
that's how i came to meet my African Friend.
they were off to CAYO HUESO by the dawn's early light..
at midnight in the QUARTER or noon in THIBODEAUX,
i will play for gumbo.
By the Harbor lights of SYDNEY
or the BORA BORA moon, he recites
his sad confessions
to the seagulls and the loons...
...an unexpected passenger boarded in MARSEILLES,
an angel full of tenderness, she gave her heart away...
when i left the coast of MARSEILLES, i hadn't done what I came to do
spent all the money i'd saved, i still did not get over you...
then we landed in the water, just about my favourite drill
when some a**hole started firing as we taxiied to NEGRIL
come back, come back back to JAMAICA...
FIRST LOOK is all about RIO De JANEIRO.
LIVINGSTON'S GONE TO TEXAS,
they say he had a ball...
I was raised by a maid who came from MARTINIQUE
...gonna sail down to MARTINIQUE
i'm gonna buy me a sweat stained bogart suit
and an AFRICAN parakeet
got a CARIBBEAN soul i can barely control, and
some TEXAS hidden deep in my heart..
All the LAST MANGO ref's like
PARIS
SAIGON
CHINA
AFRICA
BUIZIOS
WALL STREET
well, that's all for now. have to get SOME Work done.

and burgundy from FRANCE
