World Series Prediction

Post by aeroparrot »

What is your World Series predictions?
If you want an experience, go to a Jimmy Buffett concert.

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

Life is short, live long!!

I'd rather be a wiseass than a dumbass.

I don't really care (I'm a mariners fan, so I'm not too familiar with the term "post season").

But... after seeing that A.J. Pierzynski chose "A Pirate Looks at Forty" for the iTunes World Series player picks, I'm gonna have to go w/ the white sox...

As a baseball fan......i have to root for the Connecticut boys Bagwell and Asmus!!!

great pitching on both teams......to make for a great series!!

a intresting side note i read today..........Jeff Bagwell and Frank Thomas were born the same day May 27 1968.............they have 448-449 in home runs and both played in the Majors for 1 team......and the sad thing is they are both hurt....Bagwell may DN

When I was a child and we went to visit Grandma in Houston we always went to Astros games. Because of this I gotta go Astros.
Well...(said in my best Bubba voice) I've been on sabbatical.

Not a fan of either team. My prediction - Sox in 6 - Chicago's pitching is just too strong.
"Oh all the money that e'er I spent, I spent it in good company.
And all the harm that I ever did, Alas it was to none but me.
And since it falls, unto my lot, that I should rise and you should not
I'll gently rise and I'll softly call, 'Goodnight and Joy be with you all.'"

What do you expect from Playboy? I don't think that's their area of expertise.

If you read the credo (SP) it Should be it is a Gentlemans Mag.

Also quite a few years back (the person has passed on) :(
they were over 80% in the Predictions over a 5-6 year period..

that isn't too bad.

If I'm buyin Playboy, I'm not buying it for the predictions on Sports. There's separate mags for that, ones that I TRUST more in that area. ESPN, SI, Sporting News.

BB - You're right. Hef has made a lasting impression on our society.
