Helpless Helpless Helpless

Post by On The Edge »

Look for Jimmy and the reefers to perform Neil Youngs Helpless, Helpless, Helpless. on the last leg of his tour. The band rehearsed it on the 19th the night before the Fillmore show. The song made it to the setlists posted on stage, but they felt they needed to work some kinks out, and scratched it at the last minute, and performed Bruce Springsteens "Glory Days" instead.

I was lucky enough to get the entire set list from Jimmy's place on stage, and sure enough it is on the list. It will be interesting to hear it. I hope he saves it for Sat Oct 29.

the roadies were apparantly going to give out more copies of the set list, but charleston saw what was going on, and waved them off.

I saw him perform it in Toronto and would love to hear him play it more. Although his set seems to be about 1/3 covers now. Of coourse he can do it. Why? Because he's Jimmy Buffett.

George Strait in June, Kenny Chesney in July, and Jimmy Buffett in August... Looks like a Great Summer!!!
