there is an indoor skydiving facility that is really cool. Lacey recommends it highly! 120 MPH fan driven airstream, and you literally can practice sky-diving indoors.
Go all the way down to FL to sky dive indoor or sky dive over the coast? Hmmm, I think the latter might have better scenery.

The real question is: do you really want to jump out of a perfectly good airplane, or just experience the sensation?
How can you experience the sensation without the scenery? Or what about the adrenaline rush from stepping out of a plane. I'm not sure I'd get the same rush knowing that I'm only few feet off the ground.
If this attempted hijacking of my vacation thread continues you will leave me no choice but to forceably hump you right out of here!

Just re-read your list of theme park destinations...
You left off the best one!
The best theme park in town is Universals's Islands of Adventure. Best roller coasters and coolest rides Orlando has to offer; and Margaritaville is just outside the main entrance to the park.

well, if you time it right, you could make it for Womanless Wednesday at Lone Palm; or you could finally meet the Blonde Tornado.

Marinell (the Blonde Tornado referred to by R2, also known as the Queen of the Porch at Margaritaville) will be happy to seat any sized group of Parrotheads; pick an evening and the Central Florida BNers will cheerfully attend a Margaritaville phlocking !

[quote="nycparrothead"]Steph and I are making the trip November 28th-December 4th.... 4 days are already spoken for with theme parks... Got drinking covered from other threads around here on Orlando...
SO.... What else ya got, entertainment wise... Like fun stuff to do during the day that may or may not be touristy, but not a whole day theme park thing...
Disney, Epcot, Sea World, Pleasure Island and of course M'ville are already on our list.
Head east to A1A!!!!!!! Go hang in Daytona Beach, chill on the beach, have a red stripe and sing " A Pirate looks at 40" with your toes in the sand for me..Please!!!! Drive down the coast to Cocoa- Love that area!!!! Have fun and spread some crumbs!! Have a very fruitful day!

Always...I need a new Mville key chain anyway...so I guess if MB and Steph just "happen" to be sitting around, I'd buy them a cocktail or two...

If anyone has more to drink than they want to drive home with, we are a little over a mile from M'ville, and have guest rooms available

Steph and I are staying at the Hilton Grand Vacations Club on I-drive... I figured we'd just get a cab there and back.. According to mapquest it's 7 miles each way... Does that seem as easy as I'm thinking it is?
