Just a friendly reminder for this weekend, when you go to bed Saturday night. :D Turn your clocks back one hour.

And don't forget to change the batteries in your fire/smoke detectors. 8)

So does that mean that Indiana catches back up to the Central time zone... or are they now an hour ahead of Eastern :lol:

i wish we could stay on d.s.t. i can't stand it when it's dark until 7 am and then again at 4:30 pm.
of course when we spring ahead i'm the happiest person around. wahooo!

My parents live in Indiana, my brother lives in Detroit, and I used to live in Dallas. The only way my mom could ever remember what time zone she was with was to say "when it is hot I am on Texas(central) time, when it is cold I am on Michigan(eastern) time"

it is getting cold, so Indiana must be going to Michigan(eastern) time :lol:

We will be on the same time as Ohio. We don't change time here in Indy however, I hate thistimeof year because now BadHabits and I will be in different time zones. :(

Understand that well..... before Elrod made the move from OK to CO for us? 8) We lived with a one hour difference for a while. :-?

Rumor has it next year Indiana (most of it anyway) will go to daylight savings time. Should be interesting as some folks have probably never changed a clock (or watch) in their life :o .

In the meantime, we'll just hang out at the same time and New York will come back to join us through the winter.

I am waking up at 5.00am now .... if I move my clock forward .. when I wake up at 5.00am, my clock will say 6.00am and will be on the same time as the rest of Australia 8)
