MOTM Update # 4 Please Read - Casa Marina People especially

Hi Folks,
Here is where we stand as of now...
MEETING OF THE MINDS is ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It is on but there will be some major revisions. First anyone who has a
reservation at the Casa Marina or the Reach MUST confirm that they still are
interested in staying at the Casa Marina/Reach by sending an email with their
First & Last Name, and the days they are staying to
_mmcdermott@wyndham.com_ (mailto:mmcdermott@wyndham.com) ... I repeat YOU
MUST EMAIL CONFIRMATION...
Folks, we could be short rooms due to damage at the Casa Marina so some
people will be moved over to the Reach and some will be refereed to other hotel
properties on the island. I will have a list of other hotels with contact names
& numbers soon.
As of right now, the only rooms available at the Casa Marina are the suite
rooms on the East side of the property. If you can double up in those suite
rooms with friends it will assist in the moving of people immensely. At this
ponit there is not power in the main area of the Casa Marina and if you choose
to stay in the suite wing you may be required to sign a waiver stating that
you are okay to walk the property at night without the main buildings
lighting...
We may have the main building or parts of the West Wing open by the time
people start arriving but we will not know that until early next week...
The registration for Meeting of the Minds is now scheduled to take place at
The Reach Resort, just two short blocks from the Casa Marina. Also the
Acoustic entertainment will be at the Reach as needed...
I will have further updates as I receive them, please bear with me...
Out main goal, as is the Casa Marina's, is to make sure anyone who had a
reservation at the Casa or Reach will have a room somewhere on the island to
stay. If you are staying anywhere else on the island we highly recommend you
check with those places to make sure they will be open...
We may have better news as we move into next week because the folks at the
Casa Marina and Reach are really working their asses off to accommodate us...
To summarize,
If you are staying at the Casa Marina or Reach Resort you must confirm your
reservation at the following email _mmcdermott@wyndham.com_

We are now going to be holding registration and the acoustic shows at the
Reach Ballrooms and Beach from Tuesday - Thursday and the Street Fest will be on
Friday. Saturday's Beach Bash's location is yet to be determined...
Mini Mart will also be located at the Reach...
Stay Tuned folks... Things could change again but only for the better...
