Jimmy and the Coral Reefer Band will be back in the studio (Shrimpboat Sounds) in January 2006 to work on a new album.

From my understanding he was in Key West in October doing some recording for the new cd. Bill Payne from Little Feat was there as well. I had a friend who went to Key West recently and heard he was in town. I can't wait for the new cd to be finished.

Ooooh, that would be awesome!!! I'd love to see Jimmy do a studio recording of Lighthouse... I was thrilled when he played it on Thursday night!

I remember reading a while back that Buffett is also taking part in an all star Little Feat record. From what I remember reading about the Hoot soundtrack, it's not going to be an all Buffett thing.
