"Oh all the money that e'er I spent, I spent it in good company.
And all the harm that I ever did, Alas it was to none but me.
And since it falls, unto my lot, that I should rise and you should not
I'll gently rise and I'll softly call, 'Goodnight and Joy be with you all.'"

Where are movies $5??? Not even in Pittsburgh are they that cheap and forget about Illy or NYC.rednekkPH wrote:Went to see this last night. Not quite as good as the original, definitely worth the $5.

In Illy & NYC it's over $10. In fact, the only time I get a good rate is when I go to the Drive-In in Vineland NJ. $6 a head for a double feature. Not bad.rednekkPH wrote:At my local theater in Hazleton, PA. $5 for any show before 7:00 pm., $7.50 after that.mings wrote:Where are movies $5???

We used to skate a spillway at one of the local state parks and got run out of there by the local park rangers on a regular basis, usually with them chasing after us screamin', "you're gonna break your freakin' necks!!!"Lightning Bolt wrote:That movie WAS MY LIFE during the late '70's (well, save the violence & arrests)

It would have been easier to let y'all break your necks - then they wouldn't have to chase you anymoreJahfin wrote:We used to skate a spillway at one of the local state parks and got run out of there by the local park rangers on a regular basis, usually with them chasing after us screamin', "you're gonna break your freakin' necks!!!"

Star Wars III: Revenge of the Sith
Probably not my favorite of the series but it did tie things up nicely which is all that it was meant to do. Lots of nice action sequences and other special effects which are a good reminder of how far this sort of moviemaking has come since the late 70s when the first Star Wars appeared on the screen.

Elephant
Not sure what the big deal was supposed to be about this movie. I slept through most of it.

Rock School
Very enjoyable movie to watch but not really up there among my very favorite rock n' roll documentaries to be released this year. That honor would go to DiG!.

Batman Begins
I feel asleep during much of this film's long set up but once things got underway it kept my attention. I wasn't sure what to expect with this treatment of the film but it defers greatly from any it's recieved before. This is much closer to the graphic novel versions I've seen over the years.
