I went back and watched the video a few more times. From what I can tell, that kid is lucky he wasn't seriously injured.

1. Never set your clothes on fire - soak them in water and use a towel for the burn.
2. Always have a fire extinguisher handy.
3. Never try it when you're HIGH ON CRACK!!!
