May need it tonight! I got up at 7AM, helped move my mom into her new home. I have the aches & pains & should be sleepy...but I am wide awake! Tired, just not at all sleepy! :-?

Is the medicinal kind spelled with an "a" instead of an "i"?

I use the wal-mart brand of ibuprofen. Works for me. SInus pain gets alleviated with Aleve. Doesn't work for anything else but that.

Ok..let's try this again...

Excedrin...and it could be because of the high caffeine content...

Or Percogesic....Has a slight muscle relaxer in with acetiminophen..

Both work well for me....

But I like Creekys answer the best! 8)

Anything aspirin and ibuprofen free for me, which pretty much leaves tylenol and store brand tylenol. I have a pretty nasty allergy to the other two (if you consider death pretty nasty :) )

Me too!... I think there is Tylenol, Advil, Aleve and Motrin in my cabinet... I just grab for the closest bottle. I stay away from the "hard stuff".... most of it knocks me out.
