Uh, Sam? That's what moderators have to do, sometimes. Edit, delete, ask and hope that pholks will understand our request to undersand what we do is not personal. There are plenty times where we let posts go as far as we think they should, using common sense and manners. Tiki does NOT ever abuse her moderator privilages, but merely follows the guidelines the the owner, PHJim, asks us to follow.

Uh Penny,you read thread before it was editited and had no porb with it... pardon me while I DO take this one personal. There was no slam nor attack in the orinal post.
I do feel it was done for solely personal reasons that she is attempting to justify. Again you read my post and had no probs with it.

I could understand if they were an attack or there was abusive language but there was clearly absolutely nothing abusive or derrogatory or inflaming in the THREE WORDS she PERSONALLY CHOSE to edit out....What is to stop her at THREE words from editing my post or anyone else's? ... why the BLEEP doesn't she just go ahead and type a response for people? after all it is going to say just what she wants it to anyway.

Why should anyone post an opposing opinion to hers??? If she is going to change it to agree with hers or what she wants it to say,at her leisure and choosing, no one else's view is important nor matters.
Let her post for everyone else, that way she won't have tocome back and edit anyone's post will she.

I have been, and I am a moderator elsewhere. There was no foul or abusive language, no attack, nothing. There was no reason other than for simple SG&G or simply because she can do so, for her to decide to edit my post in such manner.

I can understand moderators editing if their is something abusive or attacking going on, but none of that was going on in this case. It was clearly her intent to edit as she personally choose to.
It is one thing to enforce the rules for everyone in the same manner and to say that one does, and another thing to actually do so....

Buffalo is quite tasty as is rabbit. I have actually had ground hog, from my Tennessee days, tastes like chicken!
