Weirdest Google Return

Post by land_shark3 »

Ok, so Google is probably one of the best search engines but every now and then it returns an item that I just can't explain. For example, I was looking for the logo of a very prominent sporting goods company. The second item on the list was absolutely baffling. In fact, I can't even post it here because it was so shocking.

That got me to thinking; what is the oddest thing that Google has ever returned on one of your seaches?

I have a new favorite shoe company.
"Oh all the money that e'er I spent, I spent it in good company.
And all the harm that I ever did, Alas it was to none but me.
And since it falls, unto my lot, that I should rise and you should not
I'll gently rise and I'll softly call, 'Goodnight and Joy be with you all.'"

If you're a democrat, type in "miserable failure" and hit "I'm Feeling Lucky".

Sometimes more than others,
we see who and what and where we are,
I'm just a one man band,
With my feet in the sand,
Tonight I just need my guitar

I guess you have to be careful how you phrase your search request.
