A man returns to his doctor for some test results
"How am I?" he asks.
"Well", says the doctor, "you have full blown aids".
"Oh my god!" The patient exclaimed. "That's terrible"
"Oh and one more thing", the doctor adds, "you have alzheimers."
"Oh my god!", the patient exclaimed, "Well, at least I dont have aids!"
