I got an ad on the left and a clock on the right with an arrow pointing to "hold." Click hold and the clock starts. It ends when you let go.

I was "Holding" the button while I was at the bar. Yet, I only fall into the 50th percentile. I hope these people are really not holding it for that long. But then again, they probably made some stupid drinking game out of it.
