The maui invite will do wonders for us in the big tourney next year, our underclassmen got serious bigtime game experience playing in two tense overtime thrillers.

everyone get ready to knock down some "Ager Bombs" this year

Ugh... silly Hoosiers!

A valiant effort against the #1 team in the nation.

Bring on Kentucky! 8)

Your Hoosiers did look pretty good last night. That Killingsworth kid was a beast! I think you guys will do pretty well against UK...especially since Randolph Morris was just declared ineligible :-?

That's exactly how I refer to him!

It's not fun to lose to Duke, but I can handle it... losing to Kentucky is an entirely different matter... and this year, it better not happen!!!

My Johnnies (St. John's) are not very good (0-1, 7-5 overall) but I still got to love them..

Mings! Remind me never to bring you to Vegas with me

What a great year to be both a Penn State and Villanova alum, although admittedly I don't follow basketball much.

Woo hoo! Clemson won their ACC opener against FSU--the first ACC opener they've won since 97-98. Helps make up for the embarassing loss to Elon. (ELON?!?)

Well, for once I can talk smack during roundball season. Of course, my Lady Vols are #1 and 14-0. They will take care of the lady Huskies on Saturday. But have you seen the men? Bruce Pearl is the d@mn man! The Vols are 9-1 going into SEC play on Saturday. Mark my word, THEY WILL BE IN THE BIG DANCE IN MARCH! Don't take them lightly, just ask Texas. We went to #4 Texas and showed them who the real UT is in roundball season! GO VOLS!

I was glad to see that they beat Texas--I hate Rick Barnes. He built our program up and got everyone at Clemson excited about b-ball for once and then abandoned us.

wwoooo. WVU survived their Big East opener at South Florida tonight - but it was a little too close - 57-53 - a low scoring game!

WVU improves to 9-3 (1-0 Big East) and is on a 7-game winning streak going into No. 3 Villanova on Sunday! ooooh should be a great matchup! Go Eeers!

Forget his coaching, he is a magician at recruiting. There is no way those Indianapolis studs should have commitments to OSU instead of Purdue or IU!

Congrats on the big win Melli! WVU is a TEAM! They have experience in playing in some big games after last years tourney. I don't see why they won't be right back in the mix come tourney time again. I certainly would not want to run into them come March.

Have to throw in a little congrats to my Kansas Jayhawks for their big win on Saturday against Kentucky. 73-46. KU was all over them from the opening tip!

How about those Huskers!!!!

(That's probably the only time this year I'll get to use that phrase in relation to basketball. But for NU b-ball fans, knocking off a top-15 team is a very big deal.)

State looked like crap in its first 2 big ten games, played like crap and still should've beat Illinios by 40 if it wasnt for Dee Brown. The game against Wisconsin was another game where our big guys just slept thru it. Izzo should've bitched about the schedule we got stuck with, yeah we end with a big home stretch but when the majority of your opening games are all on the road you get put in a bad hole to come out of.

ya wow! Kansas thumped UK! pretty impressive! Ya I don't think I'd want to WVU to meet Kansas either, but if they did, that'd be a great matchup! Next big game for us is Saturday in Morgantown vs. Marquette (we play Georgetown on Wed.).
