I don't think that many of us are REALLY complaining. We all seem to love it in spite of its shortcomings.
On another note, I think the Big Apple to Big Easy show is an excellent concert to watch. ABF, the sound of the BA to BE concert doesn't make that much difference to me. (Even when they didn't have the mics on for Mac to sing on POW.)
Big Apple to Big Easy is one concert that I will watch over and over!!!
I didn't even look for a menu or anything....loved the element of surprise.
That what life is about. I was a happy camper to get the last CD of Fenway at Border's. Ran into the house & just played it twice while relaxing & trying to relive being at one of JB concerts. Made me feel warm & fuzzy all over

As far as the production ABF, of course it could be better if you want production listen to Tues/Turs/Sat, but I paid $16.99 for 2 cd's + a BONUS DVD....what can I complain about?
That full show DVD is coming too.....isn't it?
TTS is just another CD TOO.
I give up on this topic. Obvisouly some of you do not know nothing about quality of audio.

Why is that you seem to just b**** and moan most of the time. I come on this site for positivity and happiness, but everytime I see your name it just reminds of the the negativity that is in this world.
Go play somewhere else!
I've got coastal confessions and a few more, how about you?

You're correct - I know nothing about the quality of audio.
And I know nothing about productions costs, or the profitablilty of Mailboat Records.
My guess is that it all comes down to supply & demand. Mailboat responds to market pressures like any other business.
I think someone else alluded to this earlier.

The thing is....you just seem to always bring negative things out in everything....Just because you are entitled to your opinion doesn't mean you have to negate everything; and if you do, don't expect people to respond any differently to you...
and... we do not know ANYTHING about quality of audio...
Going to Walmart to go buy my CD's and DVD right now

You have a right to express your opinion (although a more positive approach might be nice), as does everyone else. Expecting everyone else to jump on board and agree with you isn't particularly realistic -- no matter what their level of technical knowledge.

Hmmm.... Y'know, I know just a little something about how quality audio is produced.... Just a little bit.... So he's right... I "do not know nothing"....
Thank God I do know a fair bit about grammar and spelling, so I won't starve to death.....
I'm not disappointed at all... I think I got a damned good deal: a double CD set PLUS a DVD, for the price of just the CDs.
THANKS, JIMMY!! THANKS, MAILBOAT!!

I finally watched it and I thought it was pretty good. Could it have been better? Probably. Do I care? No. And my favorite song on the DVD was Jump In Line. But Respect and Cuban Crime Of Passion weren't bad ether.
I think I saw Zuke about 3 times, Creola at least once, maybe twice, and bottle of rum once.
