1. How much Holiday music do you listen to during the Holiday season?
As little as possible. Christmas has just never been my thing.

2. Do you plan to travel during the holidays?
Probably not. My wife is 7 1/2 months pregnant, so she's not up for any long trips. There's a chance I might go to San Antonio if Nebraska makes it to the Alamo Bowl, but that's still a long shot.

3. Do you have a tree, if so is it live or fake?
Fake. I prefer real ones, but my wife already had the fake one. So we just stick with it.

4. What type of decorations do you put up?
I had an 8 foot inflatable Grinch. In a bit of Christmas irony, it got stolen last Christmas eve. I bought another one the day after Christmas last year. I think I'm going to chain it down this year and have it hold a POW/MIA flag. :D I put up several strings of lights on the roof and around the house.

5. What is your favorite holiday tradition?
Umm, I like egg nog.

WOO-HOO!!! Thanks phor the shout-out!

I am so smart
I am so smart
SMRT :D
Uh, I mean SMART
1. How much Holiday music do you listen to during the Holiday season?
It's mixed. If I get tired of sports talk in the car it goes on, but at home it's mostly just Jimmy on iTunes. Plus this year, I still have to digest and get tired of Live at Fenway! :D

2. Do you plan to travel during the holidays?
No, except a drive to Grandmothers for Christmas

3. Do you have a tree, if so is it live or fake?
Real tree. Fake trees are just...ewww. Cut it a couple of weeks ago just after Thanksgiving in Connecticut.

4. What type of decorations do you put up?
Colored lights across the gutters of my house, and light-up raindeer on my lawn.

5. What is your favorite holiday tradition?
Probably Christmas Tree Cutting. It's always the same Saturday each year, and I get to see phamily (emphasis on the 'ph') that I don't normally see. They got early XMas gifts of the Philly show we were all at from this year, and the Mohegan Sun show.

1. How much Holiday music do you listen to during the Holiday season?
Only what I stumble upon, in a store, in the car, etc..
There are certain songs I do like to hear:
so this is Christmas
Trans Siberian Orchestra
Hark the herald angel (during Charlie Brown Xmas special)
Dave Brubeck also (he does the Peanuts music)

2. Do you plan to travel during the holidays?
YES, to Florida. On the Intracoastal waterway to see the parents & participate in a decorated boat convoy

3. Do you have a tree, if so is it live or fake?
Fake used to always get real BUT finally got a fake after seeing so many Xmas tragedies over tree fires

4. What type of decorations do you put up?
I don't (inside) there are tons of boxes I have to get out of the attic-
I do that part

5. What is your favorite holiday tradition? ....I'm ready to start some new ones
But, for now- letting a Christmas Story play all day long
oh & my Dad used to stop at the edge of the driveway on the way home from midnight mass every year, get out of the car & yell-
"I DON'T CARE WHO YOU ARE, GET THOSE DEER OFF OF MY ROOF!"
even when we were older we wouldn't let him skip that
(I may have to have him do that in Florida  )

My did that on Christmas morning when I was a little kid. When my brother and I asked him whether Santa came or not, he'd respond something to the effect that he heard hooves on the roof and he'd go out and yell as you said "I DON'T CARE WHO ARE, GET THOSE REINDEER OFF MY ROOF!" :D

Only to my parents and my sisters. Less than 25 miles.

3. Do you have a tree, if so is it live or fake?
Fake one. Mine and Elrod’s first. J I love real ones, but they’re a PITA.

4. What type of decorations do you put up?
Ornaments that my keet made me when he was little (he’s 23), sports team stuff, garland (NOT tinsel), colored lights, tropical and lighthouse stuff.

5. What is your favorite holiday tradition?
Gathering on Christmas Eve. Mom made pot pies from the Thanksgiving leftovers, and froze them till then. Opening gifts after dinner. Then gathering just for fun and another good meal on Christmas Day.

1. How much Holiday music do you listen to during the Holiday season?
As little as possible. After working retail in college I still hate it. The wife and kids will probbaly play it. I can't tell my kids no.

2. Do you plan to travel during the holidays?
Yes. I will be traveling abroad to try to help to provide our troops with something close to the holidays. After all the sacrifices the troops make I hope we can bring them some joy this time of year. Then, I will be back home with my family and we will travel to see our families out of state.

3. Do you have a tree, if so is it live or fake?
Fake, this year.

4. What type of decorations do you put up?
Just decorated inside this year. Don't think we will go crazy outside this year.

Buying wife new Christmas lingerie.

1. How much Holiday music do you listen to during the Holiday season?
It's impossible to avoid holiday music. I'll put cd's on when decorating the house and if I'm entertaining.

No. My cousin's birthday is Christmas Eve, so I'm having a small birthday party for her on the 24th. Staying home on Christmas day.

3. Do you have a tree, if so is it live or fake?
Don't ask; the tree is a sore spot.

4. What type of decorations do you put up?
Outside, two spotlights shining on the house, one green, one red.

5. What is your favorite holiday tradition?
It's a toss up between the mulled wine and leaving cookies and milk for Santa.

1. How much Holiday music do you listen to during the Holiday season?
I hate to admit this, but I've actually put JB on the shelf for now to listen to Christmas music. There's a station here in town that is playing all Chrstimas music. LOVE IT! :) I've been listening since they started Thanksgiving Day!

2. Do you plan to travel during the holidays?
The keet and I are going to BadHabits place for a few days the week between Christmas and New Years (my company has been nice enough to let the support staff have the week off that week. WOO HOO!)

3. Do you have a tree, if so is it live or fake?
Fake most definitely.

4. What type of decorations do you put up?
Your typical santa, nativity, snowmen, just a hodge podge of whatever I can get my hands on. I lost all of my decorations a few years ago and am building my collection again.

5. What is your favorite holiday tradition?
We've been going to some friends of our home on Christmas Eve for years. That is a fun tradition. Another tradition I have with the keet is to go to the Christmas at the Zoo at some point in December. That's always a great time. I've been taking him since his first christmas when he was only 8 months old.
