I'm not a big xmas fan. Wifey, on the other hand loves it. Growing up, we always had a fake tree, when we bothered to even put one up at all. I told Christine that there was no way I was gonna go through all the hassle of having a live tree. Her family has always had live trees and she doesn't want to go fake. But I'm the man, and it's my castle.











And I guess I'll be going to cut down a tree for that castle this weekend

We always get real trees, too. Matt's buddy's dad owns a local tree-shop so we get them from there every year. Douglas fir.

Mine are - I mean, is , fake this year. Pre-lit 7-footer & I love it! I didn't think I would , but after adorning it with about 20,000 ornaments, it looks awesome!!
