Speaking of Tasty Crustaceans...

Post by Quiet and Shy »

Has anyone ever purchased the mail order live lobsters?? I'm thinking it might be a good gift for Mom (who loves lobster but doesn't really need anything). I've checked out a couple of websites and it looks pricey but not outrageous...

Thoughts??

What's the worst she can do dear? Sign you up for junk mail? So you get her a Mings of her own, or a cert to Red Lobster... She'll still love you. :)

I ate at Legal Seafood in DC and it was wonderful! I had the lobster bake. It was huge! I could barely see over it.

I've heard other people do the mail order lobster thing and they too were very happy. I've never tried it yet. Too expensive. But we'll see.

Let us know if you end up doing this and how it goes with your Ma.
