Does anyone find it ironic that people that are sentenced to death are injected with sterile needles? Are they afraid infection might kill them or something ???

Anyone have any idea how much the chemicals cost to put them to sleep with? That our tax dollars pay for? Rope is pretty cheap especially when bought in bulk.........

Bullets can be very cheap too...
Then again a guillotine can be built inexspensively and at cost using prison labor and be reused. The design is simple and energy efficient and no doubt cost effective and more of a deterent and to be feared more than being stuck with a couple of needles.......

No doubt rope or bullets would be more cost efficient than the chemicals... then again they could use the electric chair powered by wind generators.....and make the person sit and watch for the wind to blow the turbines for effect........oh my the inhumanity of that....
It seems everyone forgets about the inhumanity that the person had towards their victims and all the Rights that were taken away from them and the loss their loved ones and friends must deal with in the 12-15 years it takes to execute someone....let alone all the tax dollars it takes.....
Anyway Bye Tookie...and GOOD Riddence. YOU made the decisions and chosed your path. You lived by it and now you died by it...You took lives and created a system that has taken and devastated even more lives. Hasta La Vista!!!
I'm surprised such a supporter of the United States Constitution would be outright in support of cruel and usual punishment.
Some people just never cease to amaze me. The Constitution and U.S Code do allow the death penalty for capital crimes, the last I looked. They certainly have utilized it in the past. Evidently The state of California ( surprinzingly enough) has no problem with enforcing the death penalty, when it deems fitting.

Do you want to see pictures of his victims? You can find the photos onthe internet if you think you want to see them. There was and is no doubt of his guilt.... shooting a store clerk that was laying on the floor twice in the back with a shotgun? How about a woman with a shotgun blast to her face? What about his other victims?
How many more people have been murdered and lives ruined by the gang he founded??? Writing a few books is going to make up for all of that?? Letting him live so he can be pardoned one day or perhaps escape?
He made his choices when he murdered 4 people

What is cruel and unsual about that? What is your point? If you are against the enforcement of the death penalty, so be it. If you are for capital punishment then what means would you use? The most expensive to the tax payer? I don't call your posts rants for voicing your opinion do I ???

I think capital punishment should be as terrifying to people as possible so they will be afraid of it and not want to face and to fear it...to be very very very afraid of it...so it will have to be used as sparingly as possible, used as a deterent, but used as and when needed..

We euthanize our animals in acts of kindness with a needle....Can you tell me how much the chemicals cost to execute a human? Rope and bullets are much cheaper and as equally effective.
Roll with the punches, play all of your hunches...come what may...

How does a gangbanger get a nickname like "Tookie"? It sounds like he should be in the chorus line of a musical.

Just one comment: I wouldn't dream of taking it to PM. I prefer to let you demonstrate your writing and socialization skills in public. And we both know that it was your lack of civility that got the religion thread locked/deleted.

What is that suppose to mean ? Am I to be awaiting PMs from you or something???
You come in here inciting and trying to start something after an agreement you made and obviously did not abide by. Now you say ... "and it already appears that the bell rang for the fun to start." So just what do you mean by that???

Funny, I am not that was suspended was I.... ???
Was it your your alledged wit, humor, and creative writing that got you suspended???
No doubt you would like for me to respond in kind to you and see me suspended or banned. It is plainly obvious to everyone that you really have no care as to resolving whatever your issues are with me. Which is your choice and decision to make.

Well, Los Angeles is where the movies Breakin and Breakin 2 Electric Bogaloo were meant to take place. So the name came from that I bet. He must dance goodly.

I don't see anything cruel or unusual about killing a killer. The only problem I have with the death penalty is that the family of the victim(s) don;t get to do the actual killing...
