Signs

Post by Jodibug »

So, have you ever been feeling/thinking something, slept on it and then the next day see a "sign" that gives you your answer?

I literally saw my sign this morning. It's a roadsign, that has been up for at least 3 weeks, that I had not noticed before. And it is not like one that is usually on the side of the road:

Keep on Moving. Change Lanes Later.

I absolutely love it!!!! Just wanted to share :D

Signs Signs
Everywhere there's signs
F***ing up the scenery
Breaking my mind
Do this, don't do that
Can't you read the sign

"Oh all the money that e'er I spent, I spent it in good company.
And all the harm that I ever did, Alas it was to none but me.
And since it falls, unto my lot, that I should rise and you should not
I'll gently rise and I'll softly call, 'Goodnight and Joy be with you all.'"

Umm. That song was actually done by the Five Man Electrical Band and covered by Tesla in the 90's on their album called the Five Man Acoustical Jam.

Just wanted to clarify. Carry on.

Well - Senor Pepe heard it/learned it from Tesla, hence they shall receive my worthless kudos and respect until I hear this "other version."

Tesla's version was better. 5-man acustical jam is a great album, that still maintains a seat in my regular CD rotation.

You need to listen to more "Music of the 60s and 70s". I heard the Tesla version and wondered by someone was playing the Five Man Acoustical Band song in the 90s so much.

Don't have a picture of it to share, but...........

You know how there are often signs letting you know of a speed bump ahead-they usually say BUMP or SPEED BUMP. Well, not too far from me, is one that simply says:

HUMP
