I'm with ya, Tiki....

I also got a kick out of the whole Fishstick schtik...they had a lot of fun with it. :D

And, when the crowd sang "Happy Birthday" how the band tried to find the right key and join in...but they really couldn't find a key, so they played one, but the crowd just stayed in 12 different keys! :o

But the very best was knowing we had managed to send Mel and Mal as our surrogates, and living vicariously thru them

Ya know what? A lot of the fun was having BNers posting their crazy heads (fingers) off on the setlist thread.

MATT was hysterical pointing out how wonderful the setlist was.

CILCIA, acoustic.... ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...........

Mac does Alan Jackson's part in Five O'clock Somewhere better than Alan Jackson.....

FANTASTIC guitar work; lead, acoustic, and bass...

The Aspen Reeferettes and the Monkey Boy Shout Out....

Well for me...the best part of the Aspen Show was that I will get to hear it when the vine for the recording hits Plant City!

Seems my Mother fell getting into bed and the ACLF has a mandetory policy of phoning the "responsible" party. Left my house @ 10:45 pm.... got back home @ 1:30am :(

However thanks to all the wonderful posts... I cannot wait to hear it!!

I am so glad I was able to be part of Mal's special Christmas gift! Thats what its all about! :D

Great show I am glad one of ours got to experience it :D
I'm with you. I love that song, I and I love Buffett, but it's just not clicking right when he plays it.

All the things all of you mentioned, especially the set list and the company while listening, although Spliff Dog's Daddy was a little impatient with my posting, so I left early to listen to the end of the show with him. :-? Knowing Mat and Mal were there representing all of us was incredible.

And ofcourse, Pete getting to sing Piece of Paradise wasn't bad for us PM fans either!

i have to agree.....they really seemed like they had a great time last night. Even before the show on RM they were doing the normal interview and jimmy was trying to disguise his voice for the first few seconds. Real nice to see that atmosphere.

I loved lawyers, guns and money.....but have to say the highlight of the night was coast of marseilles
Some of it's magic, some of it's tragic, but I had a good life all the way

For me the best part as I listened was to just sit and listen to an incredible show, that was making Buffett History. While really feel a part of it, because we all were a part of getting Mal There. To me every whistle was BB and every shout out was for us. although I was not on line posting, I was listening on the radio it much better to listen to, (I need to splurge on better computer speakers I guess) and Just enjoying the show. ) Never have I felt a part of it when I listened as I did Last night

There was so many great moments, but after listening again twice today, each time
I had to LOL about what Jimmy said after Mele Kalikimaka

Jimmy said: Enough of that Christmas sh*t! We've been hearing it since Easter, come on!

It then sounded like it was Mac was trying to help Jimmy be politically correct

Because then Jimmy said: Excuse me, enough of that holiday sh*t! Take your pick!

Then they went straight into Piece of Work - kind of all fit together...
Hey Snake, we need more wine!
