The best part of Freddie's Aspen show was...

I know a lot of us were listening last night, so I'm wondering what everyone liked best about the Aspen show.
For atmosphere, you could tell they were having a lot of fun in the small venue. Freddie could connect more with the audience and that was great.
Of songs, I've gotta go with "Coast of Marseilles" ...great song and beautifully done.

Hmmm......
I think I will have to go with Mal and Matt leading the crowd in singing Happy Birthday to Jimmy!

For me, it was hearing a Christmas song live.....and Jimmy saying "It's my F-ing birthday"......that was the best 'concert' moment.....
The best MOMENT was the Monkeyboy shoutout......best money I've ever spent. It was like a little piece of all of us on stage with Bubba!!

Loved the fact that Jimmy was "chatty". he was obviously having a good time.
I liked CILCIA - done solo acoustic
The Beatles medley seemed a little 'loose', but some nice guitar work by Peter Mayer
Coast of Marseilles as a closer was excellent

oh yeah.....that, too....that was awesome.
That seals it.....there was no best moment.....it was just one long 'best moment'.....

I'll have to take everyone's word for it since I didn't get to hear it.

While Jimmy talked about Grapefruit Juicy Fruit being a religious song...
I have to say that it couldn't get more religious than Coast of Marseilles.

I really enjoyed just Jimmy and Mac at the begining and the Beatles medley was pretty cool.He really needs to drop Glory Days from his setlist, in my oppinion.
Great show I am glad one of ours got to experience it

For the show itself, lots of GREAT moments to pick from. LOVED Coast of Marseilles!
But what jumps out at me, was the warm fuzzies from "Lawyers, Guns, and Money"! Like many of us, I miss Cathy, aka Beachbum_29, dearly... we had many great times together at Beach Bum Band shows, and this was one song she / we TOTALLY rocked out to!
(((((((BB29))))))))
By the way, I think / hope she is alive and well... she's just gone MIA.

I agree with pbans - This was some of the best money I spent this Christmas.
Knowing Mal and Matt were there because of us at BN and for us just made the whole concert feel even more special!

They can't go without saying... the multiple goosebumps before, during, and after the show! Started last week, and just keep going and going and going!

A few more highlights... sorry... I'm still VERY excited!
Actually hearing the entire show on RM, on my DDU!! Last time that happened was
never! (It was a Festivus Miracle!)
Enjoying the company of the setlisters!
Seeing Frank's "soft side"!
