If you eat healthy there's really no need for vitamins is there?

There didn't used to be, but there is now.... Soil gets depleted of vitamins and minerals, and food isn't as nutritious as it used to be.. Everyone should take a multi-vitamin.

Most people, even if they eat a very well rounded diet, rarely acquire daily recommended amounts of vitamins and nutrients through food. A multivitamin is good enough for most people to acquire the recommended amounts. The only times it's recommended or necessary for people to take other supplements is because they have a serious natural deficiency, have a medical condition or take other medication that limits the absorbtion of a particular vitamin or mineral. For instance, older women (50+) should take take calcium carbonate (nothing else like oyster shell calcium) supplements with vitamin E to counteract bone loss.

No vitamins, no health food, no exercise. We're all worm food eventually anyway, I might as well enjoy myself while I can.

Then the better way to address that issue is to eat organic foods rather than introduce more synthetic agents to your body.
