I go outside and see how few tourists there post-Christmas and I'm happy to know the buttwipes from Arkansas won't be back until April or May...

I go outside, watch the Bald Eagles, dodge the deer on the road, sleep with unlocked doors, don't use my turn signal in town, because everyone knows where I am going and say thank god I live in Bumf*ck Iowa and not in NYC

I accidently came across one of "those" movies on cable overnight a while back and the hotel we stayed at in Maui was the setting.

Does this mean we were in a good place or a bad place? And I never saw anybody doing it on the beach and the pool and the garden and the tennis courts and the golf course and the parking lot and the restaurnat and the taxi stand and with the desk staff and the bell boys and the waitresses and the pool boy and the maintenance man and the maids and the greenskeeper, like in this movie. Man we musta been there on a slow week
