We have a framed Coconut Telegraph album, with a pic on each side.... paid pretty for it at a silent auction, but the money went to a good cause. :D

Does Jimmy know that you're such a dink?
Why Yes, Yes he does. In fact, Jimmy himself is secretly a dink, and he gave me a warm welcome into the club.

That is how I got my signed box set from him on stage during Stumpo el Bando, and he even paid for my beer.

Two - one in a copy of Joe Merchant I bought at a City of Hope silent auction in Nashville (for $45) and one on a program from the last East Hampton Montessori benefit that I got myself.

I sent out wedding invitations to a few addresses I had for Jimmy and received back the "unable to attend" card and then a week or so later I got an autographed picture he signed and wrote "Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Hopper"

The "Mrs" is no longer around but it still hangs in my office.

Yeah, Actually it is a funny story, I have a picture of us both signing an item for each other. I am signing the shirt I gave him, while he is signing the polaroids taken of us. He was very laid back and cool, as he has been everytime I've gotten to meet him.

I was lucky enough to work with the security personnel, Charelston & co., when he was in Chicago for the Wrigley field shows. I got an autograph picture personalized to me and in addition I got to meet the man himself. Was a great weekend. My wife went out and got it framed for me right away along with the security pass that I was given.

GOT IT

Post by 911FINS »

8) I got mine at a political rally for John Edwards in Nov 2004, Pompano Beach,Florida. I gave Jimmy a very old picture of himself to autograph when he had wild hair and he laughed about it, we chatted for a few and then he was on his way. My daughter also got one. Great Experiance...
