1. What is the oldest object in the room with you? Can I count the room itself? My office is in one of the oldest buildings built on campus, built in 1889.
If that doesn't count, then I would say the radiator. Its' one of those that once they turn the steam on, there's no way it is going be turned off, so it is always hot in here.

2. What is the newest? The holidays pics of my 'keet I brought in this a.m.

3. What is your favorite object in the room with you? See #2

4. What is the most valuable object? See #2, for senitmental value. If its monetary value, I guess it would be my officemate's computer (which is newer than mine )

5. What is the ugliest object? The nasty brown 1970s carpet, specifically bought for its color b/c it would hide coffee stains. Uck.

ditto once more!
"Oh all the money that e'er I spent, I spent it in good company.
And all the harm that I ever did, Alas it was to none but me.
And since it falls, unto my lot, that I should rise and you should not
I'll gently rise and I'll softly call, 'Goodnight and Joy be with you all.'"
