NY could be very tough in the playoffs. The running game is hitting on all cylinders.job41475 wrote:Hope you're right.....col cairo wrote:Hopefully, the Giants. It is good to see the g-men back. Tiki and Eli will get them to the next round.
I feel sorry for people who don't drink. When they wake up in the morning, that's as good as they're going to feel all day.

I'm hoping with all my sports-loving heart that they keep the penalties to a minimum and that Tiki has another insane game. The Giants play well at home, and Eli is a parrothead, so he will be calm cool and collective. He won't let the pressure get to him.
Buuuuuttttt......Carolina has a great front 4, and a great secondary, a running back coming off a 150 yard+ game, and a play-making wide receiver, which the Giants have struggled against. The Giants are weak at linebackers, which could pose a problem in Foster can get by the D-Line consistantly. They're also weak at secondary, and play-makers like Santana Moss have burned them in the pass. Carolina also went 6-2 on the road this season, and coach Fox was the D-Coordinator on the last Giants team to go to the Super Bowl, so he knows what Giants stadium in January will be like.
It will be a close game, but I think if Eli and Tiki have great games, the Giants will find some way to win. If not, I'll be forced to torture myself with the Knicks until Opening Day, Come Monday.

Sometimes more than others,
we see who and what and where we are,
I'm just a one man band,
With my feet in the sand,
Tonight I just need my guitar

I chose the Panthers because if they can control Tiki, then Eli won't be able to win the game for the Giants. Not saying he is bad, but just too young right now (Eli that is).
If you want an experience, go to a Jimmy Buffett concert.
Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.
Life is short, live long!!
I'd rather be a wiseass than a dumbass.

I have to believe that if they can contain Tiki that eli can do it. He has lots of other weapons to choose from....aeroparrot wrote:I chose the Panthers because if they can control Tiki, then Eli won't be able to win the game for the Giants.
