looks like as a group BN was wrong about this game 22-11. Nice work by the skins D and by Bucs D for that matter. That was a shame how that phenomenal pass by Simms was dropped.

What a fun but nerve racking game. The Bucs put up one hell of a fight and we set a NFL record for fewest total yards in a playoff victory with 120. 1 down 3 more to go. Two great games this year with you guys, best of luck to the Bucs next season!

TRUDAT!
I nominate Chris Simms as Offensive Player of the Game. His scoreboard efforts in no way detract from his remarkable poise and spirit. Mark Brunnell is showing his age through the effect of injuries on playoff performance. If Chris becomes available next year, Joe Gibbs and Dan Snyder better loosen up their pocketbook to snag him. Or else they may not be so lucky when they face him again.
Congratulations to both teams on a game well-played.
(Defense battles ROCK!)

Sometimes its better to be lucky than good in a game..........0 offensive and the skins win....2 bad turnovers cost TB that game......and a ball that should have been caught.......must give credit to the skins defense though..........and Shaun Taylor very talented and one of the quickest and hardest hitters in the game......but him spitting on a player was classless

Totally agree with you on Taylor, he swears up and down he didn't do it but there is no way in hell the ref sees the Tampa player punch him in the face and then flag Taylor for it if he didn't spit on him. Minus the fact the Skins offense stunk, we still beat the Bucs with a walking wounded defense. I just hope everybody is halfway healthy next week at Seattle.

You know.... I have seen that play called both ways...too bad for us it was called incomplete this time!
Looking forward to next season!

Not disagreeing with you on that, tt. Neither would most of the 'Skins fans I know, for the record. Sometimes a win is a win, even if ain't at all pretty.
And Penny, my voice is doing better than expected. That lackluster second half probably saved me. Not to yell about.
