Any of the Subways I've been on in the last 5 years or so don't have hardly any grafitti. There's "scratchitti" as I've heard it called but the grafitti thing is alot less then it used to be....

When I have to sit in my car and watch a slow train go by forever, I start to notice and appreciate, in a weird way, some of the vandalism?? I know that sounds stupid. But ... true.

Where the he!! is downtown? Downtown Plant City , Tampa, Clearwater, St Petersburg doesnt have any grafitti.... Subway was the answer!
