We'll have one more to add to the list as soon as CaptainP and HulaDancer can catch their collective breaths!

Our virtual family keeps growing!

Am I really the only one who isn't going to find out whether I am having a boy or a girl? That's crazy!

Sleeping is not fun lately, between the dreams and being uncomfortable, I am tossing and turning all night. Last night I dreamt about a bear all night (must be all the bear sightings in NE Ohio lately).

Congratulations to all the newly expectant moms and dads!

Liz

I don't think you'll be carrying, as long as you continue to "use protection" :D

The trend is not looking good here. We are trying to close the gender gap in our house.

I kept it a surprise for my first (my daughter) and knew I was having a boy w/ my son. If I did it again (which won't ever EVER happen) I'd want to be surprised.

I hate suprises... Plus you have to paint the room green or yellow, and nobody knows what to get your kids. Just pee in a cup of drano and get it over with... *snicker*

 I have been meaning to try the ring test!

Actually, we will either leave my son's nursery the way it is or paint it after the baby is born if it is a girl and move my son into a bigger room. The baby will stay in our room in a bassinnett for the first few months anyways, so s/he doesn't need a room yet! And we don't need much since we have all the gender neutral stuff from not knowing with my son either, so people can buy us clothes after we know if it is a boy or a girl!

And besides, this is one of life's few surprises left, and I love it! :D

Debbie is 28 weeks today.
Babycenter.com wrote:How your baby's growing: By this week, your baby weighs a little over 2 pounds and measures about 14.8 inches from the top of his head to his heels. He can open his eyes — which now sport lashes — and he'll turn his head toward a continuous, bright light from the outside. His fat layers are beginning to form, too, as he gets ready for life outside the womb.
Life outside the womb? I guess it's time to start thinking about setting up the baby room :o

you need to put a pic of Debbie up - I bet she looks so cute! I still can't figure out how to successfully scan my ultrasound pic - is there a special setting I should use when scanning a black and white pic like that?

Happy 28 weeks!! I thought I was 12 -but i got ahead of myself - got my email today - 11 weeks ..lol I am already getting absent minded!!!

Congrats! Prego brain is always fun, huh?
I had to keep my scanner on the color setting to get the ultrasound to show up right. Hope that helps.

I didn't change any of the default settings when I scanned our ultrasound pics. What do they look like when you scan them?

We didn't find out. It is really the one thing in life that can be a complete surprise to everyone.

Congratulations everyone. May your remaining months be healthy and full of joy. May your labor be short, and your babies healthy.
