Just got back from my appointment. No signs of labor for me either, but that's ok b/c I am not quite ready. I am perfectly happy with my date of 9/26. At least I have an end date in sight! Sorry you have to keep waiting, Mrs. Play!!

No baby yet, so we're still waiting. I'm supposed to register our 4 year old's soccer team after work, but I think we're going to do some walking if there's still daylight when I get home. Keep the labor suggestions and c-section experiences coming - Debbie said she was going to check in here today...

I suggested jumping jacks too, but Colton said it might hurt the baby.
Both of the boys have been really sweet whenever we talk about the baby. I think they're going to make great big brothers.

I got an idea! :D Debbie, go ahead and have the baby and I'll make you some of my special PHarm-aid (yum yum) and this time you won't even have to sit back and watch. Or maybe even a Pina Colada with rum in it.

3 days overdue and no baby yet, but who's counting?

She ate some saurkraut yesterday, we walked a couple of miles when I got home, I gave her a massage and a "shot" once the boys were in bed, but still no labor. She did start losing her mucus plug which is a good sign. Getting closer, but no cigar yet...

Not yet. If she doesn't have it on her own, we go Tuesday to get another sonogram and talk to the doctor. He knows what we went through last time and as long as the fluid level is ok he'll let her go as long as she wants. She's thinking next Friday to give it another week from now, but nothing has been scheduled.

When I was having my baby my doc said that it looked like he was going to be big so they scheduled an induction....happened to be his due date. Everything went beautifully. I was induced and 8am and he was born by 4pm. He was 9lbs....and I did it without an epidural. It's all in the breathing...it really does work. Had him on mon and on wed I told my husband I wanted to do it again.

Last time we induced the labor went fine, and Debbie could have gone home the next day. Our complications were with Colton's lungs not being ready, even though he was full-term and all of the tests said he was ok. He should have been ready but he wasn't, so we don't want this one to come until we know it's time.

But she doesn't want to wait TOO long and end up having an emergency c-section.
