Mollie was transverse. The doctor told me "She'll turn"...well, she did...Her bottom dropped and she went Frank Breech. Her head and feet were in my rib cage and she was a c-section too. All was well and she's a happy, healthy little girl now. Good luck to all and congrats to the already arrived!!!

Doctor said if we report at 7 am instead of the original 7:30 check-in time and the other doctor who is using the OR at that time is not ready yet, she will get us in early. What that means is beyond me b/c I think my original surgery time was 9:30. So sometime before 10 I guess I will be having a baby! It's so strange to say that.
I'm nesting like crazy to get ready. And what doesn't get done, oh well.
You'll hear the news as soon as I can get it to you!
Thanks for the good wishes!

Thought I would post this here too.
BuckeyeParrothead wrote:Ok, so I am posting from the hospital on a dial up connection, so bear with me. Not sure why the text of the message we sent to Bill didn't come through, but Ryan Patrick made his arrival at 10:53 AM on September 26. He weighs an amazing 9 pounds 13 ounces and is 21 1/2 inches long! Thank goodness we decided to schedule the c-section at 39 weeks!
Everything went fine and I am recovering very well, better than I anticipated.
I will post more pictures when I get back to civilization!

It stinks that you're traveling so much, but awesome that you got to feel the baby kick!
It made it feel so much more real to me after that first kick.

WOW!!! That's a big 'lil fella!!!
Congratulations again. I LOVE the name (it's the exact same name my mom would have given me had I been a boy).

24 more hours until we head in for our C-section. Wish us/her luck! The doctor says he's gonna be a big boy, well over 8 lbs, probably close to 9 lbs. My lovely wife is nervous, though I know she'll do great. I'll have my camera and will have pictures posted tomorrow night!
Fins!
