Being a boxing fan I saw him fight last month. Nicolay Valuev just won a part of the heavyweight championship by beating John Ruiz in a very controversially decision. Just about every ring-side reporter had Ruiz winningteh fight but two of the judges gave the fight to Valuev the third judge had it a draw. The fight was in Germany which is were Valuev trains and has a home.
