It looks like it is a George Strait CD. I wonder if Buffett will be releasing his set? I would be great if the whole show was released as a box set includint a DVD.

Well hopefully if nothing else we'll get the Strait/Buffett duet "All My Ex's Live in Texas" which ws performed during George's set. Not a Strait fan, but as a Buffett completist, this would be a nice addition to the collection.

I know that they were beginning to edit a DVD for the texas CD back in November.... A little birdie mentioned something about that to me back in Vegas... I think he's a source that can be trusted...

Didn't mention a release date, but did say before the following tour started, the DVD would be done. Well, he hoped for that anyway. That's all I know.

In the preconcert interview on Radio Margaritaville on Labor Day, before the Wrigley Field show, Mike Utley indicated that he was producing a concert album from the Texas stadium concert-he seemed to indicate it would feature all 3 artists.

I found this link, which mentions a little about the CD. Keith Stegall will be producing AJ's tracks on the album. It doesn't say much more than that unfortunately.

I called MCA Nashville on Tuesday, and they couldn't give me any information on it. The lady I talked to hadn't even heard of the project.

Some websites are also showing that this CD was slated for a Dec. 05 release. Is Maibloat involved, I wonder?
