Ahhhh Yessss..... Depends on the "In" and the "Out".....

Out.....Maui....compared to In.....Portland.....Duhhhhh...no comparision there.....

Out .....Sandy Eggo......In.....Las Vegas.....That's a bit tougher......but I gotta go with the professional parrothead crowd at Vegas (But Sandy Eggo was a hell of a lotta fun......)

I have never been to a JB concert. I am stuck here in Colorado and would love to see him come to Red Rocks.

Helllloooooooooooooo fellow Coloradan!!! There's a few of us around here. I'm in Arvada. 8)

Jimmy at Red Rocks would be, well, just shy of a religious experience. I grew up just a few minutes from RR and spent so much time there growing up, it's totally my stompin' grounds.

Welcome to BN!

Thanks. I am in the Air Force at old Lowry AFB. I live in Aurora. Are you a member of the CO Parrothead Club? I may join.

Sweet!! My step-dad is retired Navy and I spent a lot of time at Lowry at the commisary, PX and such for the tax-free grocery shopping.

I used to be a member of the CO PH Club, but I have two small kids which makes getting to meetings a challenge. BuffettNews is pretty much my PH family.

That's cool. I have a little Parrothead on the way and bought him a onesie from Margaritaville online. I just missed going to JB's concert in Denver in 2004 right after I got here. I was so upset. Some day I will see him. My one coworker is a huge Parrothead and goes to his concerts a lot.

He was in Aspen right before Xmas under the name Freddie and the Fishsticks. I listened to it on RM, pretty good. Was the Denver concert good (other than getting married there)? PM me.

It isn't the best, in fact it no longer exists, but I enjoyed Poplar Creek Music Theatre in Hofman Estates, IL.

I used to love when Jimmy played Milwaukee's Summerfest (Marcus Amphitheater on the shores of Lake Michigan) The whole day was a blast ... Oh, the good old days!

I have to say that I have liked a couple of venues:

Molson Amphitheatre in Toronto (3 times)

MGM Grand in Las Vegas (seen him there twice and the pre-party at the MGM is simply awesome!!)

Maui Arts and Cultural Center

Reminds me of how it used to be when it was just Jimmy and the music.

Small venue, but very lovely. Real palm trees. Real trade winds. And Jimmy seemed very happy to be there.

Waikiki is nice, too.

If Jimmy plays Hawaii again, I'll be there. :D

Here's a shot of Maui...

Vegas is one of my favorite places to catch Jimmy indoors but I prefer the outdoor shows.

Post gazzette in pitsburgh is hands down my favorite. it is total debauchery. They let any thing go down there as long as it does not cause bodily damage you canget there set up camp and drink open containers all day. grill cookout
play games my favorite being who wants beads and nobody throws up a fuss.
