But when a smoker has health problems and NO insurance, WHO picks up the bill? ALL tax payers, even NON smokers. And if the smokers do have insurance, the rates goes up for ALL.

Just like auto insurance. Rates still go up even though I have had any violation in almost 10 years. I pay for some one elses problems.

So I think BilltheLizard can make any opion he wants. It is a FREE country

My apologies to Balding Fan...I made an assumption, and was wrong. I don't know who King Richard is, unless you mean Richard Petty :wink: (I'm not "into" Nascar, but I DO live in the Southeast :wink: )

King Richard is the mayor of Chicago
Richard Daley to be exact. His Father was also mayor for many years in the 60s/70s.

Both are huge crooks.
