said this last week. It would be interesting. (Wanna bet someone comes up with the idea of a retro-jersey game if it does happen?)

I think both teams home jerseys are the same as they were 38 years ago. Tigers have changed the roadies a couple of times, not sure what St. Louis wore on the road back then.

Fu, I hope Perez can give the Mets 4 or 5 decent innings tonight. Then everyone in the bullpen is in play. But I think they have to get off to a fast start, they can't let Suppan dominate them like he did Sunday.

Couldn't agree with you more. The bats really need to be on fire tonite...I don't know about you but for some reason I really like this kid Perez. He has good stuff, he just needs to execute. But hopefully, the Mets will come through!

What I liked about Perez in the last start was his control. He did give up 5 runs but he only walked 1 guy. Just put the ball over the plate, let the defense do the work.

Yes, but I only want to think good thoughts when talking about Franco... :D Even though my father never liked him...He was Mr. Met like Piazza.

Looper and Beneitz can give their teams fans bottles of Pepto for now on!

How fitting would it be bottom of the 7th bases loaded Wright up facing Looper......Grand Slam!!!

Ahhhh to dream.....
