THE OFFICE (as in NBC)

I first saw this show around Christmas and I thought it was one of the funniest things I've ever seen. The episode with the secret Santa turned Yankee swap. The booze at the office party. The naked chick at the end in Michael's office. Loved it!!
Anyway, it has recently come to my attention that certain other BNr's don't share my enthusiasm for the show. Just wonderin' what the general consensus was.

you have to watch a few episodes to get into it,
however, there are those that won't ever like it..
sorta like Seinfeld...

Well there ya go. That's an important one to remember. Fortunately, I was born on a holiday, so that makes it pretty easy for hubby.

it's stupid that you say its stupid. It's the funniest show on tv, and if you don't like it that means there's more funnies for me.

It was a good V-day episode... "I like Valentine's Day in this office. It's like elementary school."
Last week's episode was funnier when they trashed the warehouse, and the women had "Women in the Workplace" day with the boss' boss.
"We watched a film about Our Changing Bodies." "Did you really?" "No."
Oh, and "They better not stay in that room together too long. Their cycles will get synchronized," Dwayne says knowingly. The other guys are bug-eyed. "It'll wreak havoc on our plumbing system."

It's good, but I thought that the now departed "Arrested Development" was a better written show, but I'll probably record it and watch it to see if I can get interested in it.

Well, the weekend BN crowd weighed in on this subject. Now, I'm lookin' for the work crowd's opinion. Anyone else? Bueller... Bueller....?
