That's good since we've had rain for 29 of the last 36 days and rain in the forcast straight through the 13th!

At least there'll be some time for the lawn to dry out! (Not to mention the parking lots!)

That *is*, of course, assuming it stops raining after the 13th...

I just noticed this morning that my front lawn - which has *slope* to it - has standing water on it.

Boat drinks...need two more boat drinks...

Hey Loren,

Any gig lined up for the Shoreline Show? I imagine The Sports Page probably still doesn't have its entertainment license back yet and won't by the day of the show. :-?

(Yes I am glad too that I don't have lawn seats)

I just bought my plane ticket!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry, a bit excited about that, this means I'm actually going to see Jimmy, live, out of doors, and only three weeks from now!!

For anyone flying, today may be the day to purchase your ticket. Frontier announced a 24-hour sale this morning. The price of my ticket was $22.00 less today than yesterday. Not too much to scream about, but $22.00 should buy something.

Now, harbourgirl, NOW I'm EXCITED :D :D :P :P :D :D

I've got a couple more phone calls to make before I can give you an answer. If it comes to last resorts, would anyone with a premier parking space and plans to party be interested in havin' a bit of live music? :)

Thanks,

Loren

BTW, anyone within spittin' distance of Oakland/Berkeley is welcome to my gig this Friday night at A Cuppa Tea. :)

I just listened to "Songs from my heart" and I really enjoyed it. I'm sure everyone would love some live entertainment kn the premier lot.

We would come and see you on Fri but it's hard to get away without the keet.

It's a coffeehouse...you *could* bring the keet. :) It's a fairly keet-friendly venue and show.

Glad you like the music. :)

Well, we just hit day 30 of 37 with rain. Gotta tell you, I do not remember those seven days without it. It has got to stop sometime or it is time to fly to St Somewhere. For years we have pre-partied at a friend of our's business across the street from the Sports Page when Jimmy came to town. When he played the Shark tank, we got together at my house in Los Altos (about 10 minutes from Shoreline). Our friend has offered again, although we are undecided at this point. As a location firms up, I'll let you all know. Pulled pork sandwiches, cheesburgers, margaritas, beer, and music. Simple faire, but good fun.

Aloha,

Geoff
