Just got this in an email from American Express:
VIP BOX SEATING PACKAGES AT SHORELINE AMPHITHEATRE
Gold Card Events Exclusive!
This summer, enjoy some of the hottest concerts from VIP box seats at Shoreline Amphitheatre! For a list of artists, please visit
www.shorelineamp.com
Shows on the following dates are now on sale: April 25 and April 27.
VIP package includes:
2 Premium box seats located in Box B11
Tickets will allow you access to VIP Parking, VIP Entrance, and VIP Club
I just called them up and the package is $297.50 for two seats in Box Seat B11 seats 3&4 for Jimmy Buffett.
I guess VIP club doesn't mean I'd meet Jimmy and my seat is closer anyway. Also if I use the VIP entrance and VIP parking I wouldn't be with my BN phriends.
What bugs me is I called American Express specifally about Gold Card Events tickets to this show when the tickets went on sale (even a week later) and they said they didn't have anything for Jimmy Buffett.
I'm a single anyway so I guess this would be a waste and I'm not the type of person to eBay this type of thing.

Yes, two tickets.
Yikes! Craig's List has a lot of wierdos* on it. I couldn't imagine going to a concert with one of them!
I didn't get the package since I've already upgraded once and have an extra ticket to prove it.

My current seat is a lot closer than the box seats anyway.
*I used Craig's List when looking to rent my old apartment and got a lot of flakes who either didn't show or when they did, I wish they hadn't.

Well we definitely want to to party with us. I'm so glad we upgraded our seats.
Fortunately we have had reallyl good luck on Craig's list. We just got a Keilty Backpack baby carrier for Gianna. The lady who we bought it from was in Marin and she was very nice.

Well we are working on:
Shrek the Third (Shrek 3)
Madagascar 2
Bee Movie (w/ Jerry Seinfeld)
& Flushed Away
(among a couple others in early production)
Flushed Away is the first CG film by Aardman (working with DreamWorks Animation). Aardman has done Chicken Run, Wallace & Gromit, Creature Comforts. I can't say much on this but here is a good site for info on it:

Oh Lord ... the sun is out. Please don't let it rain ... please please please. Well, technically the sun is down now, but what a difference in attitude! My day was a sun-filled day, and I sang all the songs that have always been in my heart.
"And I say to myself, what a wonderful world".
I am healing, Louis Armstong.
