I've gotten this on multiple occasions, from the same user, after having explained the obvious of 'how do I know if I didn't get a voicemail if I didn't get it?

I honestly thought her head was going to implode.

My first week @ Directv I did the trouble shooting for a guy
He was not getting a picture.. after about 20 minutes..

you got it no Power for 11 miles....

perhaps he did it as a joke suspecting that you'd make a big deal out of it
