Lover or Idiot?

Post by Marnin Grita Guy »

I spent $60 to send an old girlfriend a dozen roses. She is recently divorced and we have been talking. She is in Va. and I am in Sc.
I have taken advice from my "Topless Ride" friend and am not jumping in
but she has always just been a bright spot for me!

......and yes I get discounts on that kind of stuff. It is just a "perk " of my j/o/b/.

For ME to spend $60.00 on flowers would be BEYOND idiotic.
As for yourself-if you can afford them, and you WANT to send them, if it makes you feel good to do that-then go for it.
I checked no box because YOU have to decide if it's the right thing to do or not.

Whatever happens in the months ahead with you and your friend, good luck.

However, one must be cautious of making permenant reminders of temporary feelings.

No, the idiot vote would have been had you decided to stay in the game and not cancel the order.

From what little I know of the situation, I would say it was a very thoughtful and kind gesture, and worth the money whatever comes out of it (and I'm not a fan of flowers, either).

Good luck!
