Seems on the day after VD you are one of these or the other. Which are you and why.
I am only mildly in the dog house. Low expectations for this day

btw, I didn't get anything either

I'm fine. It was a low-key VD for us, as expected. Little Tony being born in February kinda put the kabash on any super duper VD plans. I got a card and some mums and we picked up a few trinkets for the kids.
Hubby's got that staph infection, so no nookie 'til he's all cleared up.

I chose "Whatever Mings Chooses" which is "I haven't celebrated Valentines Day yet" (gf was out of town).

I'm neither. I got him a tv, he got me a fondue pot, jewelry box and good liquor, neither of us had any expectations, and we had a good dinner.
All is well

Wow, both of y'all had WAY too good of a Valentine's Day!
I'm neither. Hubby was sick with a 24-hour Valentine's Day virus (you guys might make a note of this one as a good excuse). He even had puffy eyes and lots of moans and groans about achiness to validate it...
But, he'd shopped ahead and had a card for me at the dinner table, so he done real good. And he apologized that he couldn't go out and get me flowers as he'd planned. I say, it's all good... I didn't have to make dinner plans, as usual, just dinner. And my birthday is next week, so he's got a chance to make it up to me!
I got him a card, a rose and a journal, and came out ahead with gifts even as lame as that ...

No - the pole hasn't been installed in the new apartment yet
