You can always resort to these until the

Contact lenses! If you know your script I can help. I work for the largest contact lens manufacturer in the world, in R&D. I can put you on the best CL's even if they're not our's (they will be). Some super top secret stuff coming in the next year or so, I wish I could tell you about it, but I need my job!
Hmmmmm

I wear contacts e-day all day. I do have a pair of glasses just for emergencies. However, I make sure those are f ew.

No, we just call Jimmy Parrish's band Ocean Waves...
(coming soon to a Beach Bash in St Aug Beach... VERY near YOU!)

And I worked as a chemist on the stone age version of
your soft lenses back in the early 70s! See if anyone at
J&J has heard of Frontier Contact Lenses for me.

I feel differently from most of the posts.

I love my Transition lenses; I agree with the negatives, don't get dark enough and don't darken in the car, but I appreciate the protection from the glare when I forget my sunglasses.

To protect my eyes, I am willing to pay for two pairs of glasses; I also have prescription sun glasses.

At least, for me, contacts don't work, too much stuff to correct.

Our son has a stigma...so he has to buy a "regular" contact and "expensive" contact...

I just could never put my finger in my eye....

I love my transitions for the fact that I only "need" one pair of glasses. Yes, they don't get dark enough for me but my glasses came with a pair of clipons that I leave in the car for no additional cost. If I had a second pair of glasses, I would just lose them
